NORTH CAMPGROUNDS CAMPING RESERVATION FORM
2024 RED POWER ROUNDUP

    Online Registration:
    Camping Check in: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm daily (check in hours are subject to change, email notice will be given if it effects your estimated arrival time)
    • Upon arrive all campers need to check in and pay at the Registration Building (located North of Casey's in the North Campground)
    • Do not send money with this form/payment will be taken care of upon arrival at the campgrounds.
    Campgrounds Rules, Regulations and Information:
    • Fee with electrical hookup (most spots are 30 amp with a few spots being 50 amp) is $30 for 24 hours, or any portion thereof; without electricity is $22.00. Spots are assigned on a first come first serve basis. You are responsible for bringing all adapters for both power sources to ensure you have the proper hookups.
      • During peak times sites may not be able to handle all electrical items such as large air-conditioners, heaters, etc.
      • Payment for camping will be collected at the time of check in at the campground at the campground's registration building (located just north of Caseys.
      • Payment needs to be cash or check.
    • Camping spots do not have water hook ups, there is a water fill station located inside the campgrounds.
    • All campground occupants must check in and display campgrounds permit inside of their vehicle's left windshield while it is in the campgrounds.
    • Spaces are marked and are approximately 21 feet wide by 33 feet deep (a limited number of 44 foot deep spaces area available); all unites must fit within the assigned space. If you need additional space, there will be a charge for an additional spot.
    • Non-camper (visitor) vehicles will not be allowed in the campgrounds.
    • Clay County Fair & Events Center personnel will assign spaces. Because of special needs (i.e. persons with disabilities) some areas of the campgrounds are designated for specific uses. Spots will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis.
    • Awnings are not permitted to extend beyond assigned space.
    • Open campfires are prohibited.
    • Dumping garbage, gray water, sewage or any other refuse on the ground or in the fair's port-a-pots is prohibited. (For pump out service. A dump station is located in this campground, no charge for those who are registered campers.)
    • Pets are permitted in designated campground areas. Pets must be on a leash or contained in living quarters, trailers, etc. Failure to comply shall result in expulsion from the fairgrounds.
    • Unauthorized sale. or advertising of any product in the campgrounds is not allowed.
    • Persons engaging in loud and obnoxious behavior detrimental to other campground occupants will be asked to leave.
    • Shower facilities are available on site. No charge for those who are registered campers. Hours for showers are limited and hours will be posted on the shower facilities.
    By signing this document, you are agreeing to the rules and regulations listed above. If you do not follow the Clay County Fair Campgrounds rules you will be asked to leave the campgrounds and no refund will be offered.
    Upon receiving this form, the Clay County Fair & Events Center will reach out via email to confirm receipt and reservation of your camping spot for the 2024 Red Power Roundup.
