    RULES:

    Exhibitors must be a member of National IH Collectors Club in good standing.
    DISPLAYS
    1. All displays must be registered before unloading.
    2. You must be a member of International Harvester Collectors to display.
    3. Displays are not to be used as personal transportation.
    4. The only time displays are to be moved is when entering and leaving the show, show book picture, daily parade and part of a demonstration.
    5. Speed limit is 5 mph.
    6. No extra riders on tractors unless there is a factory seat installed.
    7. No one under AGE of 16 will be allowed to drive exhibits and must have driver’s license.
    8. All personal golf carts and support vehicles must be registered and pay a fee of $35.00. No 4-wheelers permitted. All drivers must be AGE 16 and over with valid driver’s license. (Proof of insurance is required.)
    9. In comments section on page two please indicate if your display requires special protection ie: locked display case, indoors, protection from weather, etc. There will be 24-hour security for entire grounds.
    10. Please advise arrival/departure dates as this will determine where you will be parked to avoid disruption of show.   Arrival: ___________________________  Departure: ____________________________
    Reminder: This is a 4 Day Show, we will appreciate departure at noon on Sunday June 23rd, 2024.
    1. I have read and understand the above rules, I assume full responsibility for all injuries or damages which may occur to myself or to any third person arising out of the use of my display vehicle. I fully and forever release and discharge International Harvester Collectors Club (National), Chapter 5, and Clay County Fairgrounds from all claims, demands, damages, right of action, present or future whether the same be known, anticipated or unanticipated resulting from or arising out of the use or intended use of my display vehicle.
