The Golf Cart is $35.00 Flat Fee
(Write check to Clay County Fair)
  • You are responsible for insuring that anyone that operates equipment has a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
  • For PERSONAL GOLF CARTS Proof of Insurance is required IN CASE OF ACCIDENT! They will not be checked, but you will have to have it for any incidents. 
  • No golf carts or UTV’s will be allowed in buildings.
  • Drivers must be 16 Years old and over.
  • The above registered golf cart, UTV must have no more passengers than it has been designed for.
  • 4-Wheelers, ATVs, Bicycles, Motorcycles and or Moped are NOT ALLOWED.
  • Golf Carts, UTVs cannot exceed 60 inches wide.
  • Pedestrians have the right of way.
  • Please avoid blocking driveways and walkways when parking your cart.
