Red Power Round Up name or logo, clothes/items cannot be sold without the approval of Iowa Chapter 5.
Set-up time begins Tuesday, June 18th, 2024 at noon.
Building times: 8 am to 5 pm daily. Doors will be open for restocking at 7 am and all vendors are to be at their spaces by 8 am.
All vendors will be notified where to receive their passes upon arrival.
No campers allowed in vending area unless authorized.
All vendors must stay in assigned areas.
All vendors must supply their own electric cords, tables, tape and table covers.
Respect your neighbor’s items and area.
At the start of the show, all aisles must be clear and for safety reasons, nothing is to be in front of tables or on the floor in front of tables. Do not block openings between vendor spaces.
No pets are allowed.
After unload, all vehicles must be moved to parking area.
No posting of any signs or advertising outside your area.
NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE PERMITTED ON SHOW GROUNDS
VENDOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL IOWA SALES TAXES
IHC Chapter 5 and Clay County Fair Grounds are not responsible for lost and or stolen items.
INSURANCE:
Vendor agrees to secure, at its own expense, a general liability insurance policy, with an insurance company authorized to do business in Iowa. Such policy shall name (A) Iowa Collectors of the International Harvester Collectors, Inc., (B) International Harvester Collectors, Inc., (C) Clay County Agricultural Society and (D) Clay County Commissioners additional insured parties against all claims for injury or death to persons and injury to or destruction of property and may not exclude products-completed operations hazard coverage. The minimum limits of said insurance policy shall be one million dollars ($1,000,000) for bodily injury and property damage per occurrence, and two million dollars ($2,000,000) in the aggregate, the terms of such coverage to coincide with the term of the show days. At least ten (10) days prior to commencement of the term of this Agreement, Vendor shall either furnish Rainprotection.net with a Certificate of Insurance signed by an agent authorized to sign for the issuing company or arrange to purchase the required insurance through the Rainprotection web page link on the Iowa Chapter 5 website. If said Certificate is not provided Vendor shall not be allowed to participate in event.
